The Afghan-American Author, Khaled Hosseini wrote this masterpiece called ‘The Kite Runner. The book was published by Riverhead in 2003. He stopped his physician career and switched to the writing industry when his creative masterpiece hit in the bestselling. The sad stories that the author tells in his books have attracted many people into sending money and other humanitarian aid to Afghanistan and even some started adopting Afghan kids. The novel is about an extremely powerful story of two young boys Amir and Hassan who grew up in Afghanistan. When the civil wars stormed the country, Amir and his dad had the privilege to move to America where they started their new life.
