introduction in this busy and crazy world, the problems against health and stability are increasing specially, the ones that effect the children who are so vulnerable than other community's different parts, what some people might think positive to the children are really extreme negative to them, i mean computer and video games are so trouble to the children and it's crucial to give it special attention, they make the children unstable, computer addicts and etc. therefore, computers and video games should be away from the children.

In this article, I want to focus how important is to make some restrictions to the numerous and countless universities increasing in the country that is completely out of standard and uncontrollable, the government especially the ministry of education should stop the license to the new upcoming universities.
